As an entrepreneur, Beatrice Witzgall’s innovative spirit has lead her to always think outside the box. She is the founder of two successful businesses that have grown successfully over the years. In3Design is a design consulting firm that originally offered innovative lighting design services to the traditionally conservative maritime industry. The company evolved from creating a new niche market in Superyacht design, leveraging extensive experience in hospitality design, lighting, and sailboat racing to a full service design and business consultancy. LumiFi, was launched by raising several million dollars and building a team of 20 professionals to develop an award-winning novel IoT control platform. Over the years Beatrice has led numerous business outreach and marketing campaigns for her own companies as well as for companies she consulted for. She is an expert at setting up and streamlining processes and tools to optimize workflows. Beatrice has been a part of the NYC startup scene for several years as a founder and mentor.
